Three Core Belief Modifications to Improve Your Lifestyle

People often fail to have proper lifestyle, because their values are simply out of alignment. You should have the right kind of beliefs about nutrition and health. By having these kinds of modifications, you can easily transform the outlook of your lives:
1. Health and vitality are the top priorities: More than 90 percent of men skipped regular workout, because it conflicts with their daily schedule. Today, many of us think that money and career are our biggest goals. It means that you won’t be able to spare even 60 minutes on a bike, weight bench or treadmill each day. You should imagine, how different your life might be if your health and vitality are your biggest goals. Even when you are busy working, the money that you earn will be used to make you healthy and full of vital energy. You should stop making excuses that it’s not possible to do exercise each day. You should try to do it and it will get easier each time.
2. You eat to live: Many of us enjoy eating and live to eat. This is not a suitable approach in life. There are many activities in our lives that revolve around food. When business partners, family members or friends get together, it’s quite likely that they go to a restaurant. Although we call it a reunion, it’s actually a big feast. It’s hard to imagine having these kinds of activities without enough food around. In fact, we consider it as rude, if we don’t serve food and beverages to people who to our home. So, it’s clear that our culture is really centered around food. If you think that you depend too much on food, then it’s a good time to change your beliefs. Food is the source of nourishment and energy. It shouldn’t be used to fill our emptiness, start conversation or to provide entertainment. Food is also a tool to find a focus in our lives to ease our tension.
3. Exercise is a fun thing to do: We often think that exercise is a burden. The real problem is that we often don’t know how to exercise properly. Wrong techniques can make physical exercise less enjoyable and we get fewer results. When we are soaked in sweat and our joints are aching, it’s difficult to feel good about ourselves. The truth is, you can make any exercise feel more enjoyable, as long as, you are able to do it right. As an example, you should be able to hit the target heart rates and start to feel the “burn”. When you do this, you don’t need to overwork your body to the point of exhaustion. In reality, you don’t burn many calories by over-exerting yourself. Before exercising, you should know about the optimum heart rate and physical activities that allow you to burn the most calories. When your body is already fully conditioned, you can progressively increase the intensity of exercise to get more results. You should know that exercise is often about mental game.
