As an example, you should choose herbs that can boost blood flow, so toxins can be removed more easily from your body cells. Antifungal herbs are known for their high antioxidant content. Fasting can help to stop your digestive system from working continuously, however you shouldn’t fast for more than 24 hours. It is important to drink a lot of water. When you urinate and sweat, you will remove plenty of toxins from your body, so your system will be cleaner.

Detoxification process using herbal treatment may be a good thing, but it’s better if you know about the reason why pollutants accumulate inside your body. You may need to perform various changes in your daily lives, so you can stop the accumulation of toxins inside your body. During the detoxification process, you should pay more attention to yourself, while making your body and mind more relaxed.

If you want to remove toxins from your body, make sure that you have efficient performance of kidneys. Your kidneys grab toxins from various part of your body and remove them with your urine. Juniper berries are known for their ability to strengthen your bladder and it’s also a good cleanser. Nettle, burdock roots and urtica dioica have beneficial effects on your body. Herbs from Plantago genus, such as Plantago indica, Plantago syllium and Plantago ovata work as safe and natural laxatives.

Milk thistle can flush out toxins from your body and rejuvenate the liver. Dandelion root also has similar effect on your body. Silymarin is the active substance of milk thistle and it behaves as antioxidant that can restore the performance of your liver. Dandelion roots should help to make your gall bladder and liver cleaner. Toxins should also be removed from your lymphatic system and you can use herbal treatments to increase the excretion of toxic substances from skin pores. For this purpose, you can use herbal oils made from grapefruit, lemon, fennel, celery, rosemary, basil and thyme. However, you should exercise caution when using oils, because irritation could happen to some people.
