Milk thistle can flush out toxins from your body and rejuvenate the liver. Dandelion root also has similar effect on your body. Silymarin is the active substance of milk thistle and it behaves as antioxidant that can restore the performance of your liver. Dandelion roots should help to make your gall bladder and liver cleaner. Toxins should also be removed from your lymphatic system and you can use herbal treatments to increase the excretion of toxic substances from skin pores. For this purpose, you can use herbal oils made from grapefruit, lemon, fennel, celery, rosemary, basil and thyme. However, you should exercise caution when using oils, because irritation could happen to some people.
