It means that the basal energy expenditure will be higher or you will burn more calories, even if you are resting. If you no longer ingest toxins, it will be easier for your body to detoxify itself. When your body becomes cleaner, you will definitely feel better. Raw food diet is also known to be a good method for reducing symptoms of indigestion or acid reflux. Fresh, raw foods contain beneficial bacteria that can stave off bad bacteria and improve digestion process. Because your digestion system performs better and your body feel well, your cognitive function will also work better. Various activities like studying, working and playing various recreational games.
